    POLICIES

     

    1.- ORDER CONFIRMATION

    Confirm your order by phone or e-mail. The order got process once the sales man assigned an order number, we also report the tentative date of delivery.

    2. - ADVANCES AND PAYMENTS

    The order will begin to manufacturing once the 50% deposit has been confirmed, no exceptions. (The company is not responsible for orders where payment has not been received, so the delivery star counting from when the advance has been made). The rest of the payment must be made before the shipment (if the deposit is not made the merchandise not leave the factory with no exception).

    3.- PAYMENT

    The purchases in d’artesano are simple, quick and secure.

    The payment options are the next:

    A) We accept all major credit cards

    B) Interbank transfer

    C) Bank deposits

    D) Pay Pal : a charge for commission of 4.5%

    When you buy online you will receive a written confirmation that includes the tracking number.

    4.- SPECIAL PRODUCTS

    We can make any design that you like just send us all the product specifications, a sketch or photograph and we will send you the quotation in maximum 2 business days.

    No refunds on custom orders or products that have been installed, used or damaged during unpacking and / or installation are not accepted.

    5.- CANCELLATION ORDERS

    We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time prior to shipping and credit card charged if:

    - The billing information provided by the credit card does not match the information from the card issuing bank.

    - The credit card has been declined by the financial institution.

    - Any error in the listing or the price of us there.

    Order cancellations are not accepted. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be charged a fee according to the process in which your order is at the time of cancellation

    6.-PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

    Production time 8 working days, delivery time 3-5 business days. In case of bathtubs. Wholesale and / or special products contact your seller to provide you the approximate delivery date. If you need a rush order please contact us by email before ordering.

    The Air Service takes 3 business days for delivery.

    If you want use another method of shipping different of ours, the shipping costs will be charged. It is important that you contact us to determinate availability of alternative methods of delivery in your area. For international service to USA, shipping applies to any state, except: CA, HI, AL, GU, PR.

    7.-TRANSPORTATION

    Delivery will be made depending on the size and weight of the ware either through national or international parcel or LTL. All orders are sent depending on the type of service requested.

    We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO’s. Please be sure to provide the address.

    8.- TRANSPORTATION RATES

    Prices depend of the type of service domestic or international parce. LTL or container.

    If time is an important factor in their purchase decision please, please email us and we will try to accommodate your needs.

    9.-TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

    Please note that we ship directly from México, so that depending on the government of each country there are import taxes that the customer will need to cover to receive the items. For US orders, usually no import taxes or duties, as the items are handled as handicrafts, which are the tax free. However, note that sometimes the custom fees may be applied and the customer is responsible to cover. Items shipped to a customer outside the country of destination may be subject to customs brokerage fees or import for which the buyer is responsible.

    10.- QUALITY CONTROL POLICY

    We have very high standards and an unwavering commitment to quality. All items are carefully inspected before shipping and if a product does not meet our quality standards is not sent, if this happens you will be notified by email or phone that your product can take longer than agreed for reasons of quality.

    11.- HOURS CALL

    12.- Returns are accepted only in respect of defective merchandise (pre-validation) and no more than 3 days after delivery of the product. Responsibility for d’artesano is limited to replacing the defective product or refund the amount paid.

    13.- No shipments and invoices will be made when the distributor has bills pending overdue.

    14.- Quotes are valid for 5 days from the date on which the price is given. After this period, you will need to update this listing. In special contributions will be the date specified in the quote.

    15.- In each publicity the terms & conditions are indicated.

    16.- Confirmed initial deposit products remain as reserved orders, which may not be sold to another customer.

    17.- D’artesano reserves the right of change pieces for products displayed in the online store at any time.

    Customer acknowledges that imperfections, including welded parts, cracks, color variations and variations in size are normal due to the handmade process and are not defects.

    Due to the handmade nature of our products, its normal size, color and finish may vary from product to product.

    We are not responsible for:

    - Incorrect/ modification installation

    - Damage resulting from abuse, such as sharp or heavy objects to drop impact.

    - Inadequate maintenance

    - Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic solutions, etc.)

    - Any change in the product

    - Our warranty on any product not apply to the weather, such as blizzards, hurricanes, hailstorms, ice storms, dust storms, etc.
